Arthur Ashe about change

(For fullscreen: click on the video with the right mouse, then click)

Arthur Ashe was not only an amazing tennis player but also a pioneer in using his talents to change things for the better. The first black man to win Wimbledon in spite of the hostile English spectators.

Arthur used to meditate in the change over. His famous words were: "I can control my breath, but I can't control my thoughts.'
By being aware of this he chose, in the terms of the Mindset concentration forms, 'feeling' above 'thought'.
