Acceptance

Once you are aware of your shortcomings and accept them, there will be more space to focus on your strengths. This generates a sense of calm, as a result of which your self-confidence will grow.You will be more appreciative of your efforts, which will diminish frustrations and fears and increase your enjoyment.
