Personal Success Plan (PSP)

The work book that we have been using succesfully for the past two years coaching young professional athletes is now available for the general public.

The PSP which is A5-size offers you the opportunity to work on your mental growth independently. The PSP contains many practical examples of different mental targets you can chose from to work on. Included in the workbook are Mindmaps that help you keep to the method at the glance of an eye.

The athlete learns in a simple fashion to change story thinking to action thinking by working daily on one mental target for three months. You will be astounded by the immediate results that you will experience.
